01. A Holistic Approach.

The word holistic simply means all-inclusive, or bringing multiple things together into one. Everything is connected. The mind, the body, and the soul are not separate and therefore must be treated as a whole.

02. Food as Medicine.

Plants, such as fruits and vegetables, have immense healing properties - many of which yet to be discovered by science. The core of what gets people well and keeps them well is whole foods.

03. Positive Psychology.

The Universal Law of Attraction states that every thought we think is shaping our reality, and what we choose to place our attention on most will manifest. It is not possible to have a healthy body without a healthy mind. It is not possible to make a change unless your mind allows for it. In my sessions, I help shift your mindset to accommodate the changes you are seeking to make.

04. Self-Love.

True acceptance and unconditional love for the self are powerful, nurturing forces that will fill any "holes" in the body. When you start making decisions out of love for yourself, rather than hate or fear, is when you truly begin to heal and your life improves on every level.

05. Sustainable Behavior Modification.

No matter what condition(s) you're struggling with, it's likely that a your healing protocol will require you to make some changes. In order to avoid overwhelm, my favorite thing to do with my clients is to break everything down into smaller, more attainable steps. This also helps ensure you will be able to sustain the changes you need to make in order to heal yourself long-term.

06. Science + Intuition.

I believe that as a practitioner, you have to use a blend of science and intuition in order to truly be effective in addressing the whole of a person when their health is compromised. People are not machines, and while it is important to understand anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, and other sciences as a healthcare practitioner, I believe it is equally as important to be able to tune into the unique needs and subtle energies of each individual. There are also, unfortunately, severe flaws within our current health and medical research systems, which makes much of the information circulating in scientific communities regarding health and disease unreliable and often times inaccurate. In my sessions, I combine my background in integrative nutrition, health sciences, and pre-medical studies with my connection to intuitive, universal wisdom in order to provide the most accurate, transformative, and powerful healing information to my clients.
